Delivery Days

We deliver every day, including Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Charges

Express delivery is AED 50. Orders placed before 10 AM are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM are delivered the following day.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai.

Choosing Your Delivery Date

You can select your preferred delivery date when placing your order. Specific delivery time slots aren't available at the moment.

Workplace & Hotel Deliveries

We deliver to workplaces and hotels. If building security prevents our driver from reaching you directly, please meet the driver in the lobby.

How Deliveries Work

Your order is transported in a climate-controlled vehicle to help keep it in good condition. Please have your Emirates ID or passport ready when your order arrives.

Age Verification at Delivery

Alcohol deliveries can only be accepted by customers aged 21 or older, in line with UAE law. Please have a valid Emirates ID or passport ready for our delivery team to check.

Missing or Unavailable Items

• Online payments: any missing items are refunded.
• Cash or card on delivery: you only pay for the items you receive.
  

Some items may be cancelled or adjusted depending on stock availability.

All three payment options are available: pay online by card, pay online through a Stripe Link if you'd rather not enter card details directly, or pay by cash or card when your order arrives, with the delivery agent bringing a card machine from the store.
